Urise Counselling

Urise Counselling offers therapeutic support in London, Essex, and internationally. The service is led by Clive Eaton Brown, a fully qualified counsellor and clinical supervisor, who brings a diverse background including business, mediation, and martial arts training. URise provides a non-judgmental, person-centered, confidential environment. The goal is to help clients navigate life's challenges, such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, loneliness, abuse, and relationship issues, using methodologies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and creative approaches, tailored to individual needs. Family counselling services are also available to support individuals and families with their unique needs.
