Our house is located the most beautiful and quiet residential area of Rovinj , called Borik - pine forest , 2.5 km from the center. It is surrounded by magnificent old pine forest, which stretches from the beach. The house is in a dead end street, so there is no through traffic and the parking is in front the house. It is 150 meters (3 minutes) from the pebble beach and 3 restaurants. On the 5 minutes’ walk there are a supermarket, pizzeria and cash machine. Hiking and biking trails leading from the house past the vineyards and farms. Spring and autumn holiday is ideal climatic therapy for allergies, because then the sea breeze is most saturated with the essential oils from the pine trees. All apartments are built in 2013. and decorated with attention to detail, each with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and grill on each terrace or garden.
