Scott & Scott, PLLC was founded in 2016, but our roots in Seattle law go back to the 1950’s. As second and third generation lawyers respectively, father and daughter Brian and Rachel Scott, were both partners at their former firm, Scott, Kinney, Fjelstad & Mack, PLLC, before it’s dissolution. We have 60 years of combined experience, from the attorney general’s office to civil litigation, which affords us an unsurpassable depth of expertise.
